Working in conjunction with a local smoke house 'The Old Barn Smokery' they take our spices and cold air smoke them for up to ten days.
The result is a well smoked spice mixture which we combine with red onions other exciting ingredients to create this wonderfully smokey chutney.
If you're having any form of barbecue you'll want this chutney at your table. It works amazingly well on anything smoked including meats and cheeses.

Store in a cool dry place, once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 4 weeks.
As we do not use artificial stabilisers in our products there may be some natural settlement. This is perfectly normal, simply shake well before use.
