"A chunky looking pickle with a pleasant aroma of tamarind and some dark treacle. A nice texture. There is a nice acidity to this which would work well with a punchy mature cheddar and a really pleasant slightly warm peppery heat on the finish. Well balanced with some interest"
Ingredients
Onion, carrot, apples, brown sugar, balsamic vinegar, corn flour, tamarind paste, black treacle, garlic, mustard seeds (mustard) all spice, black pepper, salt.

Storage
Store in a cool dry place, once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 4 weeks.
As we do not use artificial stabilisers in our products there may be some natural settlement. This is perfectly normal, simply shake well before use.
