What is breakfast sauce? Also known as brown sauce or daddy's. Apples and dates are cooked down with rich flavoursome spices as well as tamarind and black treacle to create a fruity and rich sauce.
Tasting notes
Use over your cooked breakfast or a sausage bacon and fried egg sandwich. Also suited to barbecued sausages and pork.
Ingredients
Apple, dates, brown sugar, balsamic vinegar (sulphites) water, black treacle, tamarind, spices, salt.

Storage
Store in a cool dry place, once opened keep refrigerated and consume within four weeks.
As we do not use artificial stabilisers in our products there may be some natural settlement. This is perfectly normal, simply shake well before use.
