HOT!
Some like it hot! Well, here it is. This was born out of love for my existing chilli jams, but with an understanding that their some hot heads out here who like there jams on the hot, hot, hot side. Yellow habanero's, yellow peppers and pineapple are smoked over applewood sawdust overnight before being blitzed and turned into this amazing chilli jam.
Tasting notes
Add this to pork ribs, chicken wings or just smothered over some chops. Keep the milk close by!

Storage
Store in a cool dry place, once opened keep refrigerated and consume within four weeks.
As we do not use artificial stabilisers in our products there may be some natural settlement. This is perfectly normal, simply shake well before use.
