This Piccalilli is an essential on any good Ploughman’s lunch or cheeseboard with cold cuts of ham, chicken or turkey to revive rich tones. This wonderfully punchy recipe needs a cheese that can pack an equally strong punch making a good mature Stilton the perfect pickle punching partner (try saying that after a mouthful!)
Ingredients
Cauliflower, cucumber, shallots, green beans, red pepper, caster sugar, root ginger, garlic, mustard powder (mustard) mixed spice, salt.

Storage
Store in a cool dry place, once opened keep refrigerated and consume within four weeks.
As we do not use artificial stabilisers in our products there may be some natural settlement. This is perfectly normal, simply shake well before use.
