By far my most popular product. This embodies all those delicious things you associate with a Chilli Jam, fruity, sweet, flavourful and heat.
Tasting notes
Tastes delicious on goats cheese, or for a decedent breakfast or brunch add it to smoked salmon and poached eggs. Believe me, you won't be disappointed. Lastly add to a bacon or sausage sandwich.
Use as a marinade to chicken wings or drumsticks by tossing a good two tablespoons through them ten minutes before the end of their cooking time.

Storage
Store in a cool dry place, once opened keep refrigerated and consume within four weeks.
As we do not use artificial stabilisers in our products there may be some natural settlement. This is perfectly normal, simply shake well before use.
