What's not to love about child jam? This embodies all those delicious things you associate with a Child Jam, fruity, sweet, flavourful and spicy. I simply cannot get enough of this Jam.

Tastes delicious on goats cheese, or for a decedent breakfast or brunch add it to smoked salmon and poached eggs. Believe me, you won't be disappointed. 

 

 

Ingredients


Red chilis, red peppers, sugar, root ginger, cider vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, pectin.

Storage


Store in a cool dry place, once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 4 weeks.

As we do not use artificial stabilisers in our products there may be some natural settlement. This is perfectly normal, simply shake well before use.

Goats Cheese and Sweet Chilli Jam Tartlets

 

Ingredients: Ready Rolled Puff Pastry, Two logs of Goats cheese, Sweet Chilli Jam, Egg Wash, Salt to Garnish.

 

Method: Lay out the puff pastry. Cut the goats cheese into half centimetre coins, place apart on the puff pastry as a guide leaving a one-centimetre gap around each coin. Cut out the pastry into squares. Score a border on each square roughly half to one centimetre in width, place a small amount of chilli jam in the centre, you won’t need a huge amount as it will spread in the oven. Place the goat’s cheese on top of the jam. Now egg wash the border and sprinkle with salt. Bake in the oven for roughly twenty minutes at 180c or until golden.
