Once you open the jar you are greeted with a wonderful blast of zesty lemon on the nose, this is a taste of sunshine, zesty sharp lemon with the heat of ginger and mustard.
Tasting notes
This goes amazingly well with soft cheeses also smoked salmon or on a salad with coked flaked salmon or mackerel.

Storage
Store in a cool dry place, once opened keep refrigerated and consume within four weeks.
As we do not use artificial stabilisers in our products there may be some natural settlement. This is perfectly normal, simply shake well before use.
